Connecting Land and Community

What We Do

What We Do

Land Conservation

The OLT helps landowners in Okanogan and Ferry counties form conservation easements, which are just one way we can help families continue working their farms and ranches, and protect the open spaces, wildlife habitats and scenic vistas that make the Okanogan so special.

As stewards of conservation easements, the OLT monitors conserved acres annually and works with landowners to maintain the long-term health of their land.

Community Conservation

The OLT hosts community events, guided outings and educational opportunities that reinforce the connection we have to the land, and each other.
