Do you enjoy rural living, wild places, and the chance to work with many different kinds of people and accomplish big conservation outcomes? Do you care deeply for the land and communities of North Central Washington? Okanogan Land Trust is inviting applications for  the position of Conservation Associate.

 

The Conservation Associate will assist in the development of conservation easements, outreach to landowners and the community, and stewardship of OLT’s 31 existing conservation easements. Successful applicants will have strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a background in natural resource management or environmental science. This position reports to the Executive Director and works closely with OLT’s small staff as well as its board and volunteers to carry out this work and build support for land conservation among the diverse groups and interests that make up our rural region.
